Facts on China:

• More than 1,3 billion inhabitants make China the largest market in the world.

• China is responsible for 20 % of the world trade.

• Almost all sectors are growing and need import goods and knowhow in order to satisfy the market demands.

• For example, “only” 457 million of the 3 billion Chinese have access to the internet and 859 million Chinese are using a mobile phone. According to the EU centre, the internet and mobile phone users together constitute only approximately 30 % of the potential market share within IT.
